AIGA NY 2025 Job Fair — Recruiter Registration

Please register to secure a table and join us for our annual job fair at Parsons School of Design on Friday, February 14 from 12–4pm.

This is a great opportunity to meet with students, emerging designers, and working professionals seeking their next role. In addition to the AIGA NY community, participating schools include the School of Visual Arts, Parsons School of Design, St. John’s University, BMCC, Queens College, Mercy College, SUNY Purchase, City Tech, FIT, Pratt, Fordham, Kean, and New Paltz.

Spots are limited! Companies will be allowed up to two recruiters/staff members to their table. Our goal is to deliver a dynamic platform to meet the city’s most talented emerging and working professionals to fulfill your hiring or intern needs.

Table Fees

To equitably bill the various organizations and agencies that participate in the Job Fair, we utilize a sliding scale pricing model based on the total number of employees currently working at your organization.

Small Organization (1–49 Employees) — $220

Medium Organization (50–199 Employees) — $335

Large Organization (200+ Employees) — $445
