AMP pairs designers seeking guidance with experienced practitioners for three months of one to one mentorship. It's built for designers in professional practice, and for students in their final semester.
You and your mentor will meet at least once a month for the three months of the cohort, and you'll be the one to reach out and schedule the first session.
On our side, if you are selected, we'll match you with a mentor based on the goals you describe in this application. We bring the cohort together for in-person events in New York City, and facilitate online connections through our vibrant Slack community. We accept applicants from around the world but prioritize matching our AIGA NY local community.
As you complete this application, we invite you to keep in mind that mentorship is a relationship. Your outcomes from this program depend a great deal on the goals and intentions you set for yourself. This program is competitive, so we encourage you to answer each question with clarity and honesty.
